When you succeed,
we succeed.

Being a Creative & Brand intelligence company, we structure ourselves however needed to best solve your business problem. There are numerous ways you can engage us, below are a few examples.

What We Do:

Three hands putting pieces of a circle back together.

Workshops

Cross team collaborative workshops that uncover your biggest barriers to success and the core truths that will help your team overcome them. We like to call them “brand therapy sessions” because you’ll walk away with both clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.

Strategy

We love a good strategy project because we know how valuable that is. Not only from a messaging and communication point of view, but also as a north star you can rally around internally. Ask us about our favorite projects and you’ll hear us go on and on about strategy.

Creative Briefs

Come to us with a brief and we will come back to you with work that is both impactful and purposeful, on both a business level and community level. Because as you know, we build brands for the world we want to see. And that world is more fun, just, sustainable, lovable and all those good things.

WORKSHOP

WORKSHOP •

Brand has always been about power.
The question is whether you’re wielding it, or just maintaining whatever is left.

One immersive session. Two practitioners who built and mapped the industry from the inside and the outside. Three deliverables you leave with.

POWER OF BRAND BRIEFING

NEW PLAYBOOK OF POWER

TRUST DIAGNOSIS

Format:  One day. Private. In person.
Sessions:  10 per year

Why Now

For forty years, the world held still enough for brand to work.

It doesn't anymore. Not just culturally - but also structurally. The platforms that carry your brand now sit between you and your audience. Most brand strategy was built for a world where attention was abundant, trust was assumed, and the cultural center held.

None of those conditions exist anymore. The relationship you spent years building now lives on infrastructure you don't own.

The gap between our old way of looking at things & the actual ground we’re all building on is where brand equity drains or grows from the cracks.

You can't build clearly inside a system you've not yet seen whole. This workshop gives you the view from the outside and the tools to act on it the next business day.

Brand doesn't belong to corporations. It never did.
It operates at every register: personal, institutional, civic, national.

The generation that built the old logic can now tell you what it was actually doing. And the generation that arrived at it from outside, from cultures with entirely different relationships to power, is building the framework for what comes next. Not simply how to play the existing system better. What to build that isn't captive to it.

THE SESSION

Three movements.
One continuous argument.

01 — PAST

The Architecture of Power

Brand as an instrument of power. How narrative became economic infrastructure: who engineered it, who it served, what it extracted. Still running but not working the way it used to.

by Kaddoura & Nassab

02 — PRESENT

What the Playbook Could Do

Across every era of disruption, certain things about how humans build meaning, belonging, and loyalty do not change. These are the constants of brand & storytelling, distilled from two decades inside the industry at its most culturally powerful. Case studies from where it started failing and why. And what still holds.

03 — FORWARD

The New Playbook of Power

Culture is a landscape of competing tensions, not a set of trends to predict. The Attunement Economy (Nassab's research framework published previously) maps the specific forces at work in your category: what your audience is navigating underneath the surface, where meaning is shifting, what the next move is.

CLOSING

The Working Lab

The session ends with work. Three movements applied to your actual situation. You leave with something written, specific, and actionable.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Three things you don’t have today. You will the next business day.

  • The structural conditions shaping brand value right now. Named. Your leadership team, board, and investment committee leave holding the same read.

  • The tensions at work in your specific context: your category, your audience, this moment. The moves available to you inside them.

  • Every brand has a specific point where trust drains faster than it builds. For brand leaders: the precise name of yours. For investors: which brands in a portfolio are building value that compounds.

This is not a brand strategy workshop. It is a reckoning with what brand is for in 2026 and what it demands of the people leading and funding it.

IS THIS SESSION FOR YOU?

Right if

You lead or own a brand navigating significant category disruption

Your leadership team lacks a shared language for what is shifting in culture

You sense your brand’s equity eroding but cannot yet name the mechanism

You need to move, and you need the room to think clearly before you do

Not Right If

You need a document to justify a decision already made

You cannot bring the people who actually own the brand into the room

You are looking for a trend report

THE PRACTITIONERS

This session exists because of this specific pairing. The practitioner who built the industry at its highest point. And the researcher who arrived at it from outside and can see it as a system. This session is the handoff.

Founder of Red&Co. - Former Wieden+Kennedy.

Mira Kaddoura

THE ARCHITECT - WHAT LASTS

Built brand worlds & stories that shaped culture for Nike, Netflix, Google, lululemon & Yamaha.

Twenty years inside the industry at its highest level. She has seen what a brand looks like when it actually holds what it creates and watched the industry lose that ability in real time.

In a time of acceleration, being able to see from 10,000 feet is the advantage.

Cultural strategist & FoRESIGHT RESEARCHER – CREATOR Attunement Economy™

Jasemen Nassab

THE DIAGNOSTICIAN - WHAT’S BREAKING

Mapping what the old system extracted, and what actually works instead. Cultural strategist and foresight researcher advising global brands on post-digital culture and the next generation of consumers. Works at the intersection of strategy, culture, and systems thinking.

Creator of the Attunement Economy™ (presented first at Royal College of Art, May 2025) the research that maps how trust and meaning actually move in the categories where the old logic is breaking fastest.
