Get to know Mira.

Mira Kaddoura is a woman who knows the power and beauty of creation. As the Founder and Chief Creative of Red & Co., she builds not just brands but visions—crafted with precision and purpose, rooted in the belief that creativity can dismantle, reimagine, and heal. She began her journey at Wieden+Kennedy, shaping stories for Nike, The Girl Effect, and Travel Oregon, mentored by Dan Wieden, David Kennedy, and Jim Riswold.

Mira’s work is a reclamation. A calling forth of voices too often ignored, left to the margins. In her TEDx Talk, How women can change the world by asking ’Why not me?’ she held a room of 4,000 and asked them to see new possibilities. Through her work, through her honors—ADCOLOR’s “Change Agent,” Inc. Magazine’s “Top 100 Female Founders,” Adweek Creative 100—she doesn’t just earn recognition; she creates more opportunities for those coming up behind her.

Born in Egypt, with roots in Lebanon and Palestine, Mira carries the weight of histories and the hope of futures. Her art disrupts, her questions unsettle, her vision expands. She has always known the power of naming things, of challenging the status quo and asking what could be.

In the end, Mira’s story is one of love. For her daughters—multicultural, multiracial, multilingual—and for the world they will inherit. For justice, as deep as the roots of her ancestors. For nature, her teacher. And for the possibility that creativity, in the hands of those who dare, might yet change everything.
