Her TEDx Talk, “How Women Can Change the World by Asking ‘Why Not Me?’,” received a standing ovation from 4000 people. Clare joined Red & Co. two years ago to help expand operations globally and works for the Red team from Amsterdam, where a contingent of our borderless team is based. Prior to joining Red & Co., Clare spent 10 years leading global business for a number of brands at Wieden+Kennedy, such as Instagram, P&G, Mondelēz, Netflix, Booking.com, Levi’s and Nike. Clare also led the Heineken business for many years, resulting in a Cannes Effectiveness Award for five years of revenue-driving brand building. While working at Red & Co. Clare also successfully achieved her master’s in International Relations and is therefore always looking for an opportunity to work with more purpose-driven brands that want to positively impact society.
