Drawing from her experience at Wieden + Kennedy, Mira wanted to build a paradox: a team both global and tight-knit, a small giant able to lift a mighty weight. With outposts in Austin, Amsterdam, and Portland, the Red & Co. of today is exactly that—a homey village with international vision.

We are often told how lucky we are to attract so many “unicorn” projects. But that’s not really how we work. When brands come to us, we ask questions that help them transform.
